While the NCDA-approved FCD course must include a minimum of 120 hours of class / instruction time, for groups of four or more, Gloria is able to offer some flexibility in terms of logistics and scheduling of those hours.

It is highly recommended to cover the course in a block of 13 consecutive weeks. However, as long as all of the required course material is covered within the required minimum class / instruction hours, Gloria will work with you to accommodate your needs per a mutual agreement arranged in advance of your course start.

Group registrations are preferred, but if you are interested in taking the course and are not able to register as part of a group, contact Gloria about joining other individual registrants to form your own cohort.

In addition to scheduling and logistics flexibility, while adhering to the NCDA-approved FCD curriculum, Gloria will also make every effort to customize the course activities and assignments according to where you are in terms of your current career development knowledge and skills.

To assist in this effort, as part of the registration process you will be asked to complete a brief survey that will serve as a training needs assessment. You may also be contacted for a follow-up interview if more information is needed.

Bottom line, as you complete your course registration, you will have ample opportunity to share what you are looking to glean and / or refine as a result of taking this course.
